Head to the hall for a gentle and fun introduction to Pilates, designed to improve strength, balance, and overall wellbeing.

Mat pilates class for beginners.

BYO mat or something suitable to lay on and a drink bottle and your best smile.

Head to the hall on Friday 9 January for a gentle and engaging Pilates session, designed to improve strength, balance, and overall wellbeing.

Expect a mix of stretching, controlled movements, and breathing exercises.

Pilates is a gentle exercise that can help to:
✔ Improve mobility and flexibility
✔ Strengthen core muscles
✔ Enhance balance and stability
✔ Boost energy

What to Wear / bring:
Water bottle and comfortable clothing you can move in (leggings, joggers, or shorts and a light top). No special footwear needed – Pilates is usually done barefoot or in grip socks. Feel free to bring a mat if you have one, but we’ll have spares available.
